1. Legal Rights
The client is the legal owner or authorized representative of the legal owner of the property and all data and components contained therein sent to 800 Tech. Any property left with 800tech.com unclaimed for 60 days, will be disposed.

2. Confidentiality
800 Tech agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client's equipment except to employees or agents of 800 Tech subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

3. Payment
Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to release of the repaired machine. The client is financially responsible for all shipping costs. We accept VISA/Master, American Express and Discover Cards over the phone or online.

4. 800 Tech Warranty Repairs that are not covered by Labor Pass Warranty
6 month warranty on laptops that 800 Tech has repaired and can be extended to one year for the additional charge of $29.99
During the warranty period, 800 Tech will correct any defects in material and/or workmanship, or any failure of the laptop system that conform to written specifications. Within 10 days of your machine being serviced, if the results are unsatisfactory you must return the device or the replaced part/s for full refund. NOTE: you may NOT return the part if its value is under $10.00 The customer is responsible for shipping costs and for the usage of original and/or comparable packaging.

5. Labor Pass Warranty
800 Tech warrants to the customer that the hardware/software system on the actual laptop will be free from defects in material and/or workmanship from the period of time when the warranty is purchased up until the termination of the warranty in two consecutive years. This excludes parts and external peripherals such as printers, mobile carts, scanners, UPS, etc... During the Labor Pass warranty period, 800Tech will correct any defects in material and/or workmanship, or any failure of the laptop system that conform to written specifications. Warranty repairs will be performed at a designated 800tech Service Center. The customer is responsible for shipping costs and for the usage of original and/or comparable packaging. Only one physical device per plan.

6. 24 Hour Repair Time Guarantee
Our Lab Policy indicates that all repairs must leave facility within 24 hours. Our experience indicates that most repairs are completed and shipped back SAME DAY! NOTE: If we fail to repair your laptop within 24 hours,  your shipping back will be absolutely free of charge. No Questions Asked. NOTE: The repair may take longer due to the part/s availability, during this time you may request for you laptop to be shipped back immediately.

7. How it works ? Easy as 1-2-3!

  1. Open new case online and ship us your defective device
  2. Within few hours after product arrives, we will call you to disclose the determined  defect and estimated price . ONLY after your approval, will we  begin reparation of your product. Customers with Labor Pass will not receive a voice call, since repair is under warranty. There is no need for approval unless specified through registration. During repair you can check your detailed repair status online using your case id number.
  3. Most repairs are completed and shipped back the Same Day!

8. Product Sales

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. Our top mission is to provide high quality products above the industrial standard. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, and/or it does not meet the industrial standard, we will replace your products or refund your purchase if eligible.

A RMA number is required for all refunds or returned items.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return of DOA, wrong part order, and non-used part.
 
All non-defective, wrong part order, and part not used return will occur a 40% re-stocking fee.
